  • Using a lot of time and energy to clean and tidy, only for everything to feel messy again soon after
  • Spending time looking for things, causing you to run late for appointments
  • Stressed out with clutter; feeling disappointed in yourself
  • Spending money buying things more than once, or paying late fees on your bills
  • Thinking you don't have enough space for all your belongings
  • Feeling you have lost control and you are overwhelmed

organiZaction can help!

What does a Professional Organiser do?

organiZaction provides a variety of services according to your need. You can choose one, a few or many packages, all of which can include personal and practical solutions for:

  • Organisation
  • Declutter
  • Tidy up
  • Time Management
  • Emotional Support
  • Purchase / Collection of items or storage articles (including some furniture and larger items)
  • Removal of items to Charity Container or Refuse Centre (dump)

Working side by side, we will develop a personal Action Plan to get everything you need done, in the time you have.

How does the Organising Process work?

Every consult is different, but the steps below function as a general guide to the process.

#1

Getting Started

After meeting you, I will ask to do a tour with you of the area(s) we are going to organise, so I can get an idea of your current setup up and routine.
From there we will discuss your expectations, routine, priorities and timeframe.
This will allow us to formulate an Action Plan.

#2

Sort

In each area, for deep organising we will go through all your items and decide their destinations.
Please be aware that initially things will get messier before they are organised.
This is your opportunity to review your belongings.

#3

Organise

We will organise all the items, considering your space, routine, and the amount and size of items.
This can include moving, downsizing, and rearranging belongings and furniture.
I will make recommendations as we go. However, the final decision is always yours.

#4

Clean & Standardise

We will do basic cleaning as we progress on the organisation.
I will give you tips and ideas on how to keep things tidy and your routine organised.
Following some concepts of organisation, we will find a home – a specific location – for each item that will be kept.

#5

Sustain

At the conclusion of the process, everything will feel much more organised.
However, to maintain organisation you need to acquire new habits.
I will suggest some small daily changes, which after a while will naturally become part of your routine.

#6

You’ve got this

Depending on your particular circumstances, it may be advisable to book one or more follow up appointments to ensure a complete success.
Follow up consultation is of course entirely optional.
Congratulations, you’ve got this! You are now organised.

3 HOURS

$195 AUD

1 HOUR

$95 AUD

A one hour booking can be useful as a stand alone consult, an organisation service for a small specific area, or as an initial consultation as part of a larger plan.

A short initial consultation can be beneficial in some circumstances; for instance when you are unsure of what you need and where to start. In this time we can formulate an Action Plan and discuss your needs as part of the first step in the organising process.

This is particularly good if you would like some time to prepare for the deeper parts of organising once you have an Action Plan in place.
